The officer Charles Joseph Bonaparte founded this agency. It started on July 26, 1908, in the United States. Its headquarters are in Washington, D.C, and United States. Castillo previously lived in Charlotte, North Carolina, but has connections to Arizona.

He’s otherwise spent time in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and used to live in Chicago. He also goes by the name Arnoldo Gimenez. He was caught in May 2019, by the FBI.
